At Prima Pavé, we strive for excellence in every bottle; however, due to the perishable nature of our premium non-alcoholic sparkling wines, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim.
Return Process

Attach clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the unused bottle with the seal intact to expedite your request.
- 3.Verification Review
Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 48 hours to determine eligibility for a replacement or refund.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no additional cost.
